AMAL TOTKAY is a list of five tips that somebody can follow to develop a growth mindset.

These five tips are as follows;

  1. Self-talking
  2. Getting out of your comfort zone
  3. Creating new habits
  4. Asking people for help
  5. “Fake it till you make it”

These five tips are very helpful to develop a growth mindset. Self-talk helps to develop a positive nature and self-confidence in the person. People who can master positive self-talk are thought to be more confident, motivated, and productive. Putting yourself in the challenges would help you to accept the fare of loss. You would be more confident in your-self and try to do your best. Try to develop positive habits. Make your mind to learn something new on your daily basis and make it a part of your lifelong learning. Don't feel ashamed of yourself while asking from others on your-self. Take feedback on the changes in your personality from your fellows and family members. Try to behave positive and actively on your workplace. It would help you to nurture a habit of being enthusiastic on your workplace.

I personally like the tip of creating new habits. I have made a complete schedule of my daily activities on an MS Excel file. I have added a column of “New Learning” to ensure that I’m getting something new on daily basis.

I have already started implementing this tip of creating new habits. We can develop a growth mindset by acting on all these five tips.
